หลักการการพัฒนาโรงเรียนทั้งระบบ (Whole School Approach)

          หลักการการพัฒนาโรงเรียนทั้งระบบ (Whole School Approach) ด้วยการใช้นวัตกรรมขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมนำสู่เป้าหมายของโรงเรียนอย่างบูรณาการ เชื่อมโยงเป็นองค์รวมพัฒนาระบบงานและระบบคนอย่างเป็นระบบด้วยนวัตกรรมดังนี้

          1. พัฒนาการทำงานของครูด้วยค่านิยมและวัฒนธรรมครอบครัว SPEED                                                   

          2. บูรณาการการทำงานตามขั้นตอนนวัตกรรม บวร สร้างโอกาส นวัตกรรม I – Love Nekkham และนวัตกรรมพัฒนาความเข้มแข็งเครือข่ายร่วมพัฒนาโรงเรียน   

          3.นิเทศ ติดตาม ประเมินผล ด้วยนวัตกรรม Coach Model และขับเคลื่อนด้วย PDCA อย่างเป็นระบบและต่อเนื่อง                     

          ค่านิยมและวัฒนธรรมครอบครัวเนกขัม Speed มีองค์ประกอบดังนี้

          S = STRIVE มุ่งมั่นเพื่อเป้าหมาย  

          P = PRUDENT มองการณ์ไกลและมีวิสัยทัศน์ที่ทันสมัย    

          E = EMPATHY  มีความเห็นอกเห็นใจ    

          E = ENJOY   มีความสุขในการทำงาน

          D = DEVELOP  หมั่นพัฒนาความสามารถ

          และขับเคลื่อนด้วย PDCA อย่างเป็นระบบและต่อเนื่อง 

          นวัตกรรม บวร.สร้างโอกาส มีองค์ประกอบ ดังนี้

          – Professional Learning Community  (PLC) ชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ

          – Student care and support System  ระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน

          – Active Learning การจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก

          – Leadership ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหาร

          – Supervision การนิเทศภายใน

          – Network การสร้างเครือข่าย

          และขับเคลื่อนด้วย PDCA อย่างเป็นระบบและต่อเนื่อง

          นวัตกรรม I Love Nekkham Model มีองค์ประกอบดังนี้

          I = Information ข้อมูลสารสนเทศของบริบทชุมชน นักเรียน ผู้ปกครอง

          L = Look ค้นหา มองเห็นธรรมชาติและศักยภาพของนักเรียนทุกมิติตามระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน

          O = Opportunity ส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนเข้าถึงโอกาสในการเรียนรู้ด้วยรูปแบบที่หลากหลายและจบการศึกษา

          V = Value เพิ่มมูลค่านักเรียนด้านทักษะชีวิต ทักษะอาชีพ การทำงานและทักษะวิชาการ

          E = Enthusiastic ชื่นชมความสำเร็จของนักเรียน 

          ขับเคลื่อนด้วย PDCA อย่างเป็นระบบและต่อเนื่อง

          นวัตกรรมพัฒนาความเข้มแข็งเครือข่ายร่วมพัฒนาโรงเรียนเนกขัมมีองค์ประกอบดังนี้  

          – รู้เขา รู้เรา = ศึกษา  วิเคราะห์  X-ray 

          รู้ข้อมูลเครือข่าย /บริบท ปัญหา ความต้องการพัฒนาของโรงเรียน

          – เข้าใจ = สร้างเครือข่ายแนวราบ

          เข้าใจวิธีการสร้างเครือข่ายแนวราบ ด้วยความเป็นกัลยาณมิตร 

          – เข้าถึง = เป้าหมายร่วมกัน

          เข้าถึงเป้าหมายร่วมกันในเชิงพื้นที่ มีข้อตกลงความร่วมมือที่ไม่เป็นทางการและเป็นทางการ  บูรณาการและเชื่อมโยงภารงาน กิจกรรมร่วมกัน 

          – พัฒนา = ดำเนินการให้เกิดความยั่งยืน 

          สนับสนุนให้เครือข่ายมีส่วนร่วมการดำเนินการกิจกรรมร่วมกันในระดับ PDCA และเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายในการทำกิจกรรมร่วมกัน

          – ธำรงรักษา = สร้างขวัญกำลังใจ

          สื่อสาร สร้างความสัมพันธ์ สร้างแรงบันดาลใจ รักษาประโยชน์ร่วมกัน ยกย่อง ชื่นชมอย่างต่อเนื่อง 

          และขับเคลื่อนด้วย PDCA อย่างเป็นระบบและต่อเนื่อง

         นวัตกรรม Coach Model  มีองค์ประกอบดังนี้

         C = Communicating  สื่อสารสร้างพลังบวก 

         – สร้างความเข้าใจ รับรู้ จุดประกายความคิด สร้างศรัทธาสู่เป้าหมายการนิเทศร่วมกัน 

         O = Opportunity  เปิดโอกาสพัฒนาศักยภาพร่วมกัน  

         – ร่วมวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจัดลำดับความสำคัญ ร่วมกำหนดเป้าหมาย ร่วมออกแบบวิธีการนิเทศให้สอดคล้องกับบริบท 

         A = Attempt มุ่งมั่นให้เกิดผลสำเร็จ

         – รวมพลังร่วมนิเทศด้วยวิธีการ เยี่ยมและสังเกตชั้นเรียนอย่างเป็นกัลยาณมิตรตามค่านิยมและวัฒนธรรมครอบครัวเนกขัมโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหาร ครู และผู้เกี่ยวข้องให้บรรลุตามเป้าหมายการนิเทศและร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ขยายผลสู่เพื่อนร่วมงาน นำไปปรับประยุกต์ใช้พัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้และเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีซึ่งกันและกัน 

         C = Check สะท้อนกลับอย่างสร้างสรรค์

         – สะท้อนกลับแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ด้วยการ PLC ทบทวน ตรวจสอบข้อมูล/ผลการนิเทศด้วยความเป็นกัลยาณมิตรตามค่านิยมและวัฒนธรรมครอบครัวเนกขัม มุ่งมั่นเพื่อเป้าหมาย   มองการณ์ไกลและมีวิสัยทัศน์ที่ทันสมัย  มีความเห็นอกเห็นใจ มีความสุขในการทำงาน หมั่นพัฒนาความสามารถ 

         H = Heart  จิตใจงามอย่างครู

         – มีความพอใจกับความเป็นครู  มีจิตใจที่อ่อนโยนกับการพัฒนาผู้เรียน  ใส่ใจและรับผิดชอบงานในการจัดการเรียนรู้  เข้าใจทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นและนโยบายของโรงเรียน

         และขับเคลื่อนด้วย PDCA อย่างเป็นระบบและอย่างต่อเนื่อง
